You will have access to the entire main floor and second floor.

On the main you’ll find a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, a spacious dining area, a cozy living room to unwind in, and a half bath. The master suite is also on the main floor and features a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and its own little kitchenette—perfect for morning coffee or late-night snacks. Upstairs, there’s a comfy loft with a queen sofa sleeper and Smart TV—great for movie nights or extra guests. You’ll also find two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed, private bathroom, sitting area, Smart TV, and personal heating and cooling (HVAC) units so everyone can adjust the temperature to their liking. Right across the street is the City Park with a brand-new playground—perfect for kids to play while the rest of the group enjoys the fresh mountain air. It’s a great spot for a picnic or just a peaceful afternoon outdoors.

After a day of hiking hoodoos or scenic drives through Bryce Canyon National Park—just minutes away—unwind on the wrap-around porch and soak in the peaceful setting. Across the street, you’ll find the Tropic town park, featuring a brand-new playground, perfect for kids to enjoy while adults take in the scenery. Inside, you'll find modern comforts such as high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in every bedroom, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes essential cookware and pantry basics to get you started. In accordance with city regulations, we have an onsite host whose private basement apartment includes a separate entrance at the back of the home. The space is completely secure and discreet to ensure your privacy. We also strive to respond quickly to all questions through the Airbnb app. Should you need in-person assistance, our onsite host is available to help, and a nearby co-host can also step in as needed. We’re located in the quiet town of Tropic, just a short walk from local restaurants and a grocery store.
